The Fee and Scope of Work:
The professional services included in Legal Check for OFCCP Verification™ are provided for a fixed fee of Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars ($950).
The Legal Check for OFCCP Verification™ will walk you through an assessment of your company’s compliance with the OFCCP-enforced nondiscrimination and affirmative action program obligations, and then provide you with an attorney consultation with a written report assessing your company's compliance. The report will identify if there are any areas in which additional actions are recommended to achieve compliance. Your company then can determine its next steps, and FortneyScott can support those efforts and provide additional legal advice and professional services, as authorized.
How to Complete your Company’s Legal Check:
Legal Check for OFCCP Verification™ involves an easy, four step process:
Step 1: Provide the contact information for your company, electronically execute an engagement letter, and remit payment of the fixed fee of $950 by credit card. Payment will not be fully processed until completion of a conflict check. If you are a current FortneyScott client, we will invoice you in accordance with current billing practices.
Step 2: FortneyScott will complete a conflict check, and if there are no conflicts, you will receive a link and password to access the Legal Check for OFCCP Verification™ questionnaire and your payment will be processed.
Step 3: Complete the Legal Check for OFCCP Verification™ questionnaire.
Step 4: Participate in consultation with a FortneyScott attorney to review the Legal Check for OFCCP Verification™ results.
