The Court banned public and private colleges and universities from using race as a factor in admissions in Students for Fair Admissions Inc. v. President and Fellows of Harvard College and Students for Fair Admissions Inc. v. University of North Carolina, while expanding employers’ obligation to provide religious accommodations to employees and applicants in Groff v. DeJoy.
